I’m Andrew Mora, Co-founder of Motion Marketing. I'm a strategist, creator, and entrepreneur driven by one mission: helping business owners turn great ideas into real, scalable success.
With a background in content creation, brand building, and hands-on business development, I founded this agency to give businesses more than just flashy marketing. I built it to offer clarity, systems, and results.
Before launching Motion Marketing, I worked closely with businesses in the fitness, food, and service industries—creating content that didn’t just look good, but moved the needle. Over time, I realized what most businesses were missing wasn’t effort, it was direction.
That’s when Motion Marketing was born.
I believe in people first, and strategy second. I understand that behind every brand is a story, and with the right tools, that story can lead to serious growth. My approach is bold, intentional, and built to scale.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m developing systems, mentoring creators, or knee-deep in content shoots that capture exactly what makes a business different.

I started my first business when I was 17, driven by curiosity, ambition, and a relentless desire to create & build. It didn’t take long for me to realize that what I loved most wasn’t just the business itself—but the brand behind it. The story. The voice. The identity.
I’ve spent over a decade in the marketing world, and for the last five years, I’ve been running marketing companies dedicated to helping businesses stand out, scale up, and connect with the people who matter most. But Motion Marketing is different. It’s not about flashy tactics or overnight trends—it’s about building something that lasts.
My passion lies in turning visions into brands that move people. I thrive on hearing an idea and helping bring it to life with strategy, style, and substance. Whether it's a new startup or a company ready to go to the next level, I see potential and I know how to shape it.
